Why do you work in sports / what brought you into the industry: While organizing two major sporting events in Astana, I noticed that despite significant investments in sports infrastructure, many venues remained underutilized due to the lack of sustainable business models and professional management. This insight motivated me to pursue a Master’s in Sports Marketing to better understand how to connect infrastructure with long-term industry growth. My passion is to build a sustainable and commercially viable sports ecosystem in Kazakhstan – one that delivers value to clubs, inspires fans, and creates opportunities for communities.

What would you like to contribute to or change in the sports industry: I want to position Central Asia as a rising hub in the global sports industry by building bridges with European expertise. My focus is on developing sustainable business models, elevating fan engagement, and creating stronger matchday experiences. I am also committed to empowering women in sports through visibility and marketing. Ultimately, my vision is to help establish a professional, inclusive, and globally connected sports ecosystem in the region.
