– Why do you work in sports/ what brought you into the industry: I entered the industry through a curiosity to work at the intersection of engineering and mega sporting events but stayed because I discovered the incredible potential of sport as a tool for social change, equity, and community empowerment. It’s the emotional power of sport that fuels both joy and justice, and that continues to drive my purpose.

What would you like to contribute to or change in the sports industry: I want to champion more trust-based, inclusive systems in sport, particularly those that empower youth and underrepresented communities to shape their own narratives. Drawing on my engineering background, I aim to drive technology and digital innovation within the sports sector to make it more sustainable, inclusive, and efficiency-driven. I believe sport must evolve beyond spectacle into a space of true belonging, accountability, and purpose where progress is measured not just in performance, but in the positive impact it leaves behind.
