– Why do you work in sports/ what brought you into the industry: I work in sport because it’s where I found connection, belonging, and purpose. Football was how I connected with my younger brother, who is autistic — and that emotional tie never left me. I’m passionate about making the game more visible, accessible, and welcoming for everyone.

What would you like to contribute to or change in the sports industry: I want to help shift the spotlight toward stories that go beyond the pitch — stories of identity, resilience, culture, and joy. I also want to support more sustainable pathways for creatives in sport and bring more fan-first storytelling into the spotlight, especially for women’s football.
