– Why do you work in sports/ what brought you into the industry: I work in sport because it’s where I found connection, belonging, and purpose. Football was how I connected with my younger brother, who is autistic — and that emotional tie never left me. I’m passionate about making the game more visible, accessible, and welcoming for everyone.
– What would you like to contribute to or change in the sports industry: I want to help shift the spotlight toward stories that go beyond the pitch — stories of identity, resilience, culture, and joy. I also want to support more sustainable pathways for creatives in sport and bring more fan-first storytelling into the spotlight, especially for women’s football.
